Email strategy

Email communications are created from Strategies → Create strategy through the unified wizard.

Before you begin

Prepare the channel template, recipient list, schedule, and sender. The full creation guide explains the shared settings.

Configure the strategy

1. Select Assisted.
2. Under Channel and template, choose Email and select an email template.
3. Configure the audience, frequency, and schedule.
4. Select the sender available for the channel.
5. Review the summary and select Create and start when the configuration is correct.

When the delivery requires opt-out management, use an unsubscription group configured for the corresponding audience.

Check the result

Return to Strategies to check the status and scheduled period. Review delivery records in Activities. A strategy waiting for its schedule does not imply immediate delivery.
