Voice template

In this section, you can create templates for voice notifications.

Voice template

In this section, the main template information is configured.

template_voice

This section contains the following:

  • Name: name of the template.

  • Category: category that will identify this template. For more information, see the category section.

  • Description: brief description of the template and the type of message it contains.

TTS configuration

You can configure the following values:

  • TTS Voice
  • Type
  • Language
  • Gender

Message composition

In this section, you can create the message composition. This allows you to define how you want to build the message that will be sent, using a combination of TTS and WAV.

The message composition includes a Play button, which makes it easier to validate loaded audio files or messages before sending.
