OBMessage — Omnichannel Notification Platform

OBMessage is Ofimatic’s bidirectional communication and notification platform, designed to centralize and automate message delivery through voice calls, SMS, email, and WhatsApp from a single, secure, and scalable environment.

Its architecture enables integration with external business systems to generate automated notifications, attach documents, activate chatbots, and maintain full traceability of every interaction.

OBMessage is the core of the ecosystem, connected with Aless (intelligent chatbot) and SmartQueue (queue and ticket management), enabling a unified omnichannel experience.

📄 Document generation and management

OBMessage includes an internal document generation engine that allows you to:

  • Create and attach customized PDF documents using information from external systems.
  • Generate reports, receipts, appointments, or confirmations and send them directly by email, WhatsApp, or SMS through a secure link.
  • Associate generated documents with SmartQueue tickets or sent notifications.

This functionality is based on dynamic templates and system variables, enabling full automation without manual intervention.
