User data deletion instructions¶
At OFIMATIC SRL, we respect the privacy of our users and customers. If you used our Aless application through Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, or WhatsApp Business, you may request the deletion of the data associated with your account or business.
Data we may store¶
Depending on how the platform is used, we may store information such as:
- User or company name.
- Email address.
- Meta user identifier.
- Business Portfolio identifier.
- WhatsApp Business account identifier.
- WhatsApp Business phone number identifiers.
- Integration settings, webhooks, templates, or connected channels.
- Technical records required for support, audit, or security purposes.
How to request deletion of your data¶
To request deletion of your data, send an email to:
Include the following information in your message:
- Company or user name.
- Email address associated with the account.
- WhatsApp Business number, if applicable.
- Reason for the request.
- A clear statement that you want to delete the data associated with the Aless app.
Deletion process¶
Once the request is received, our team will review the information and proceed to delete or anonymize the data associated with the account, provided there is no legal, tax, contractual, or security obligation that requires certain information to be retained.
The deletion process may take up to 30 calendar days from receipt of the request.
Confirmation¶
Once the deletion has been completed, we will send a confirmation to the email address from which the request was made.
