SMS strategy

SMS communications are created from Strategies → Create strategy through the unified wizard.

Before you begin

Prepare the channel template, recipient list, schedule, and sender. The full creation guide explains the shared settings.

Configure the strategy

1. Select Assisted.
2. Under Channel and template, choose SMS and select an SMS template.
3. Enable Send as Flash SMS only when the use case requires a flash message.
4. Configure the audience, frequency, and schedule.
5. Under Sender, select the available provider.
6. Review the summary and select Create and start when the configuration is correct.

A flash message is displayed directly on compatible devices and may not be saved to the inbox. Its behavior depends on the device, carrier, and service configuration.

Check the result

Return to Strategies to check the status and scheduled period. Review delivery records in Activities. A strategy waiting for its schedule does not imply immediate delivery.
